# Servo Power Injector

A power injector and distribution board for high powered servos for fixed wing and VTOL UAVs.

Large fixed wing model aircraft / UAVs use servos that are too powerful for many flight controller servo rails, both in terms of voltage, and current.

This PCB allows servos to be powered directly from a dedicated battery (e.g. 2S or 3S), without passing that higher voltage, or current, through the flight controller servo rail.

The board also features additional connectors, for powering other devices on the system, without additional splitter cables or distribution boards.

Features:

* 1x XT60 power input
* 1x XT60 connection for power switch / pull
* 2x XT60 power outputs
* 4x XT30 power outputs
* 12x powered servo output connections
* 12x unpowered servo input connections

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://jordan-cormack.gitbook.io/stuff/uav-ardupilot/servo-power-injector.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
